Neuro-Linguistic Programming
- NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) is basically applied psychology that originated from the area of Linguistics, Psychology and Hypnotherapy. These have all been linked together to provide a number of techniques based on language, mind and behaviour, and is widely used by counsellors, psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, hypnotherapists and life coaches to create deep level change.
- The way we are today is a result of our life conditioning from our family, events, teachings and environment that have moulded us in a unique way. That is, we are programmed.
